When you get in touch, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email, phone number and message. If you book lessons, we also hold the details we need to teach you and arrange your test.

How we use your details

We use your details to reply to you, book and run your lessons, and help with your test. We do not sell your details. We share them only where needed to run the school or where the law requires it.

How long we keep them

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to help you. Learner records are kept for as long as you are with us and a reasonable period after.
